We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.

We do not use Malware Scanning.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

Terms of Use for participating in and posting in the Private Member’s Club Facebook Group

The purpose of the Lodestar Freight Solutions and our Members Facebook Group (“Facebook Group”) is to provide an engaging forum to share information, inspiration and support for beginning and budding entrepreneurs. All users of the Facebook Group (“Users”) are encouraged to participate in online discussions and forums of the Facebook Group in a suitable, supportive and encouraging way. These Terms of Use are intended to help the Lodestar Freight Solutions Private and Group Users understand and differentiate between suitable and inappropriate use of the Facebook Group and to define best practices for participation in the Members’ Club Facebook Group.

The Terms of Use are an agreement between the Private Membership Club and Group Mentorship Program and User. By accessing, browsing, or using this service, User agrees to be bound by these terms.

Lodestar Freight Solutions and all associates, employees and/or investors have the right to monitor and administer the Private Member’s Club Facebook Group and remove any content posted to the group that they deem inappropriate and terminate any User’s posting privileges at any time, including individual and group postings. All postings originated by Lodestar Freight Solutions and all associates, employees and/or investors that are published on the Private Member’s Facebook Group are protected by copyright and owned by Lodestar Freight Solutions. The entirety of all its contents may not be copied, reproduced, republished or sold, posted, transmitted, distributed, modified, or used for the creation of derivative works without the consent of Lodestar Freight Solutions. All Users must understand that Lodestar Freight Solutions associates, employees and/or investor are free without compensation to the Users to publish, display, copy, distribute, download all Private Group Member submissions worldwide, without a royalty-fee, unrestricted, irrevocable and have full disclosure to use, therefore all content published on the Private Member’s Club Facebook Group is property is Lodestar Freight Solutions. Lodestar Freight Solutions, associates, employees and investors make no representation of warranty to the accuracy of information posted in the Facebook Groups. They make no warranty that any group member, electronic device, server, software or any other technology associate is free from viruses, elements or codes that can contaminate property.
